About the size of a large walk-in closet. Boxes, seasonal decorations, a small dresser, sports gear, or files.

Roughly the contents of a one-bedroom apartment: a bed, sofa, dresser, and boxes.

A two-bedroom apartment or small home, including beds, living room furniture, and appliances.

A three-bedroom home with appliances, or business inventory and equipment.

Room for Big Rigs
Our open gravel lot has room for Class A motorhomes, fifth wheels, toy haulers, travel trailers, and boats on their trailers, with virtually no length limits.
The lot is uncovered and has no power or hookups. It’s a good fit for seasonal or long-term parking when you want your rig close to home and easy to get in and out.
Parking is $2 per foot per month, with a $50 monthly minimum. Length is measured overall, from the front to the back, including the trailer tongue and hitch. Spaces are assigned and rented month-to-month. Call (828) 429-3129 to check availability.

Stop by the office Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM, to sign your rental agreement.

Use your personal gate code to access the property daily from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Are these rates monthly?
Yes. Every rate on this page is the monthly rate for that unit size.
Do you offer move-in specials?
We don’t run move-in specials that expire. We keep our monthly rates clear so you know what you’ll pay from the start.
Can I reserve or pay online?
Online rentals aren’t available. Call (828) 429-3129 to reserve a unit over the phone, then come into the office Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM, to sign your rental agreement.
How much is RV, boat, or trailer parking?
It’s $2 per foot per month, with a $50 monthly minimum. Length is measured overall, including the trailer tongue and hitch, so a camper or boat and trailer that measure 30 feet are $60 a month. Call (828) 429-3129 to check availability.
What if I'm not sure which size I need?
Call and tell us what you’re storing. We’ll help you pick a size that fits, and you can see the unit when you come in to sign.
