Room for Big Rigs
Finding a spot for a big RV can be the hardest part of storing it. Our lot is large, with virtually no length limits, so there’s room for Class A motorhomes, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and long travel trailers.
You get an assigned space in an open gravel lot, on a month-to-month basis. Keep your RV here for the off-season or all year, and skip the HOA notices and the crowded driveway.
We’re on Oakland Road in Forest City, close to Spindale, Rutherfordton, Ellenboro, Bostic, and Lake Lure.

Questions About RV Storage
How much does RV storage cost?
RV and camper storage is $2 per foot per month, with a $50 monthly minimum. For example, a 30-foot travel trailer is $60 a month, and a 40-foot motorhome is $80 a month.
Is there a length limit?
There are virtually no length limits. The lot has room for Class A motorhomes, long fifth wheels, and toy haulers. We measure overall length, from the front of your RV to the back, including any trailer tongue and hitch. Call with your RV’s length and we’ll confirm a space.
Is the RV storage covered, and are there hookups?
No. RVs are stored in an open, uncovered gravel lot, and there’s no power, water, or sewer at the spaces.
Do I get my own space?
Yes. Each RV has an assigned space in the lot.
Is there a contract?
RV storage is month-to-month. Call (828) 429-3129 to reserve over the phone, then sign your rental agreement at the office Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM. Online rentals and payments aren’t available.
When can I get to my RV?
The gate is open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM, so you can pick up your RV for a trip or drop it off any day of the week.
