There are no hallways, elevators, or long carts. Back your moving truck, van, or pickup up to the unit, roll the door open, and load straight in.
Drive-up units are non-climate-controlled, so they’re best for sturdy, bulky items and anything you need to get to often, like tools, equipment, and business supplies.
We’re on Oakland Road in Forest City, close to Spindale, Rutherfordton, Ellenboro, Bostic, Caroleen, and Cliffside.

Questions About Drive-Up Storage
What's the difference between drive-up and climate-controlled storage?
Drive-up units open to the outside, so you can park at the door and load straight in. They aren’t climate-controlled. Climate-controlled units are inside a building and protected from heat and humidity, which is better for wood furniture, electronics, and documents.
Can I get a moving truck to my unit?
Yes. The drive aisles between our drive-up buildings are wide enough to bring a moving truck right up to your door.
How much does a drive-up unit cost?
Drive-up units start at $70 a month for a 10×10 and go up to $200 a month for a 15×25. See every size on our Sizes & Rates page.
Can I reserve or pay online?
Online rentals aren’t available. Call (828) 429-3129 to reserve a unit over the phone, then come into the office Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM, to sign your rental agreement.
When can I get to my unit?
The gate is open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. The office is open Monday through Friday, 9 AM–4 PM.
