Getting Here
Easy to Find, Just Off US 74
We’re on Oakland Road in Forest City, a short drive from Spindale, Rutherfordton, Ellenboro, Bostic, Caroleen, Cliffside, and Lake Lure.
Directions
From Rutherfordton: Take Hwy 74 Business south until it turns into Hwy 221 S. Turn Left on Bethany Church Rd. Take the first Right at Oakland Rd. The All American Storage sign and office will be immediately on your Right when you turn onto Oakland Rd.
From Forest City: Take S Broadway St South to Hwy 74. Go West toward Ashville. Use Exit 178 and go South on Hwy 221 S. Turn Left on Bethany Church Rd. Take the first Right at Oakland Rd. The All American Storage sign and office will be immediately on your Right when you turn onto Oakland Rd.
From Harris: Go North on Hwy 221 S toward Rutherfordton. Turn Right on Oakland Rd. Look for All American Storage sign and office on your Left before the light at Bethany Church Rd.
The office is in the metal building with brick entry to the Right of Gate 1 on the southwest corner of Bethany Church Rd and Oakland Rd.

Sign at the Office
Reserve your unit over the phone, then stop by the office Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM, to sign your rental agreement.
Gate Access
Tenants can access the property daily from 7 AM to 7 PM using their personal gate code.
Can I visit on the weekend?
The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday, but tenants can access the property with their gate code daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. If you’re new, call or send an inquiry and we’ll follow up during office hours.
How do I rent a unit? Can I rent online?
Online rentals aren’t available. Call (828) 429-3129 to reserve a unit over the phone, then come into the office Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM, to sign your rental agreement.
Do you have space for large RVs and boats?
Yes. Our open gravel lot has room for large motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and boats on their trailers, with virtually no length limits. The lot is uncovered and has no power or hookups. Call for current space and rates.
